Le Rus, the cos that rises between Sentenac d'Oust and Rogalle, is accessible from the Col de l'Artigue, 25 minutes from Saint-Girons. Calm and relaxing, this walk is designed to help you discover the mountain while remaining accessible to all.

If you wish to climb the cos on foot, the view widens and you'll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Mont Valier (2838 m. a.s.l.) on the left, the Bouirex transmitting antenna (1551 m. a.s.l.) in the center and Cap de Bouirex (1874 m. a.s.l.) on the right.
