Nestled in a valley in the Pyrenean foothills between Foix and Saint-Girons, Abbaye de Combelongue and its gardens, which have been awarded the Jardin Remarquable label, offer the charm and prestige of a place steeped in history.

Founded in 1138 by the Count of Pallars, Abbaye de Combelongue is the only Romanesque abbey in the Couserans region. It is one of the jewels in the crown of this region's heritage.
