Opening period

From 01/01 to 31/12/2025.

Classic arrivals are around 4 p.m. and departures at 11 a.m.; depending on bookings and requirements we are flexible on these times.

Rates

Overnight stay: €135

Security deposit: €1,000

Sheet rental/pers. €15 (per bed).

Sheet rental is optional. As we do not charge a cleaning fee, you must leave the house clean with the garbage cans emptied, the kitchen clean and the floor clean. Sheets, comforter covers and pillowcases must be put in the laundry room. If there was heating, we ask you to turn off the 8 radiators. If these conditions are not respected, we will charge you a cleaning fee of 100 euros. When you leave, if we don't see you, please send us an SMS to let us know.
